RETURN POLICY

At CountryTatted we pride ourself in our workmanship, quality of product, and customer service.  If you feel you have a defective product please alert us as soon as possible by either phone or email.  After further review, if the product is determined to be defective, we will replace your order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are only available for unopened and unused product.  Shipping charges are within the customer’s expense and NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Due to sanitary policies, beard care products such as BEARD OILS, BEARD BALMS, BEARD WAXES, BEARD SOAPS, AND BEARD WASHES ARE NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN AND/OR PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED.
